Home Textiles Premium by Textilhogar: Over 200 Firms Set to Define Textile Trends for 2024

From September 19 to 22, the habitat sector gathers at Feria Valencia. Alongside Feria Hábitat Valencia, it constitutes a showcase of 800 firms specialized in the habitat sector.

Valencia, June 27, 2023. – Home Textiles Premium by Textilhogar, Spain’s leading event specializing in home textiles, is finalizing its exhibition offerings for its upcoming edition, to be held from September 19 to 22 at Feria Valencia alongside Feria Hábitat Valencia. This event surpasses the figures of its last edition.

In this regard, a total of 220 specialized home textile firms have confirmed their participation in HTP by Textilhogar, reflecting the growing interest of companies in participating in the event. The list of registered manufacturers so far includes top national companies such as Aznar Textil, Jover, Manuel Revert, and Interfabrics, among many others.

Leading firms from other countries are also attending, with Portugal being the largest foreign group, featuring companies like Aldeco, Evo Fabrics, Ferreira de Sá, or Santos Monterio. They will all present their latest innovations in design, trends, and interior decoration.

As a novelty in this edition, leading companies in the field of technology and machinery for textile production will also be present at HTP by Textilhogar, showcasing the latest in innovation and solutions for the industry. With the inclusion of these companies, the commercial showcase covers the entire value chain of the sector and provides a complete platform for professionals, reaffirming its position as a reference event in the sector.

«The rate of contracting for this edition has exceeded that of the previous year; we have managed to attract important companies, demonstrating their interest in participating in this new edition of HTP by Textilhogar,» says the director of the event, Máximo Solaz. «With the presence of leading brands and the increase in exhibition space, we are confident that the business opportunity is guaranteed.»

The event has also experienced significant growth in exhibition space, with a 15% increase compared to its previous edition, offering attendees excellent business opportunities. For this reason, and as a novelty, the Boulevard of Editors will share space with major Spanish furniture design firms in Pavilion 1 of the fairground, integrating and highlighting the potential of the textile sector in decoration.

In addition, the campaign of reverse missions by importing companies and prescribers is receiving a great response. This initiative aims to facilitate new collaboration and international expansion opportunities for the companies present at the event.

Boulevard of Editors, the Elite of Textiles at HTP by Textilhogar

In this edition, Home Textiles Premium by Textilhogar has strengthened its unique and exclusive space, the Boulevard of Editors, where the top firms in the sector will present their most innovative, creative proposals and the latest collections specialized in high-quality textile upholstery and design, wallpapers, and wall coverings.

Confirmed participants include top firms like Aldeco, Alhambra, CS by Baldaquino, Dolz Colleccion Internacional, Edition Bauganiville, Evofabrics, Fereira de Sá, KA Internacional, KP, Lizzo, Pepa Pastor, Pepe Peñalver, Santos Monteiro, and Yutes, as well as La Madrid Contract, who will attend the event with their respective brands.

Trends and New Certifications Shape the Textile Theme at Ágora Nude

Once again, AITEX will reveal the trends that will define home textiles in 2024 during the event. The talk will take place on Thursday, September 21 at 11:00 AM at Ágora Nude, where they will present the monograph resulting from trend research focused on home textile products conducted throughout the current year. Six key trends have been identified, with ‘Eco-tech’ as a cross-cutting innovation supported by product proposals, textures, graphic motifs, and color palettes.

Moreover, these six trends will be showcased in the same commercial exhibition space on informational panels, strategically displaying textile samples contributed by exhibitor firms. It’s a must-visit space for all professionals specialized in home decoration.

Another specific textile talk at Ágora Nude will be «How to Improve Sustainability for Home Textiles: Discover the OEKO-TEX® Certification,» in which the benefits of including the OEKO-TEX® certification in the value chain of home textile products will be discussed, ensuring the legal compliance of textile products within the European framework. They will also address standardized solutions that allow customers to optimize their production processes in a more sustainable way through product labels like OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. The presentation will take place on Tuesday, September 19 at 1:00 PM.
