With an annual production of more than 3 million cushion units, the company has constantly invested in its production unit, becoming the first factory in the world to automate both the tailoring, manufacturing and packaging process.

From low cost / discount products (for example, 100% polyester non-removable cushions) mainly for Discount or GSA chains, to Premium products (for example, 100% linen cushions with microfiber filling and removable) for publishers or deco stores.

We currently produce more than 3,000,000 units (cushions and covers). Our warehouse (6000m2) allows us a constant storage of more than 200,000 units in stock.

We use state-of-the-art machines for each phase of the process, such as ultrasonic cutting, sewing, upholstery, and vacuum packaging
